Just as American cinema has embraced Latinx actors and actresses, European cinema has opened up opportunities for them to play diverse roles to critical acclaim for their performances in films by renowned European directors. Latinx actors have helped enrich diversity and build important cultural bridges. I had the opportunity to be part of a stellar cast chosen by one of the greatest masters of Italian cinema, Michele Placido. I had the privilege of working in his latest film “Eterno visionario” about the life of Luigi Pirandello, the great Italian playwright and Nobel laureate.
He chose me and I am very proud that a great actor and director like Placido wanted me in the part of the “Chilean Ambassador.”

As an actor I learned to cry and smile, to get excited, to rejoice, to get angry and to die, playing the characters that have been entrusted to me.
It was like living several lives and each of them has become an indelible page of what I feel like the art of living.
